The TRC Engine.

Five parts, built once and run every month. The first two bring people in, the middle two make sure nobody is lost, and the last one decides where the money goes next.

The order matters

Advertising pointed at a business with no way to catch enquiries is money spent filling a bucket with a hole in it. So the build comes first unless you already have something that works, and then the ads get switched on against a system that is ready for them.

What I do not do

I do not post to your social media pages, reply to your comments or manage your organic presence. I do not sell search engine optimisation as a service, though the site is built sensibly. I do not take a percentage of your advertising spend, and I never hold your money at any point.

Who owns what

You own the domain, the ad account, the content and the customer list. I run the build, the campaigns and the day to day of the system. If we stop working together, everything in your name stays in your name and I export your contacts before I go.

What you get sent
